Fund-raiser Nears Target

HUMAN resources firm 360HR raised $37,598 recently at its third annual corporate bowls event for the Australian Paralympic team.

Sue Newcombe said the support was almost enough to help the business reach its three-year target of $100,000.

Sue said 160 people attended the event, along with Paralympians Amy Winters, Kylie Gauci, Toby Kane, Sarah Stewart, Shannon Dallas and Lynda Holt.

Eighty-eight organisations were involved and TAFE Event Management students provided great service, and gained valuable work experience.
