2019 Australian Senior Sides Championships: Competition delicately poised
The halfway point has been reached at the 2019 Australian Senior Sides Championships and there remains just one undefeated team, with both the Men’s & Women’s fields delicately poised.
Queensland (Women) remain the only side to have won all four of their matches thus far after the previously undefeated South Australians went down to Northern Territory (Men) and Victoria (Women) respectively on Day 2.
Elsewhere, just two wins separates first and seventh place in the Men’s field, with New South Wales currently holding the ascendency despite a thrilling upset at the hands of the ACT, who defeated the Blues by a single shot.
