2019 BPL Cup National Finals: Round 3
There will be plenty of support behind South Perth on Wednesday with two teams from the club advancing through to the semi finals of the BPL Cup National Finals at Club Pine Rivers, Brisbane, QLD.
Sectional play came to a close on Tuesday, with sides battling it out with hopes of advancing to the next stage of the event.
Belconnen won its third match to remain unbeaten, taking out section 1 while South Perth (Mortley) scraped through to the semis, sitting one shot better than Enoggera who won the same amount of matches and sets.
Harrington topped section four with three wins while a second South Perth side (Pauling) advanced in section three with a better shot difference than second-placed East Launceston.
Wednesday’s semi-finals match-ups are:
Semi-final 1: Belconnen v South Perth (Mortley) @ 1pm (AEST)
Semi-final 2: South Perth (Pauling) v Harrington @ 2.30pm (AEST)
Running alongside #BPL10, the BPL Cup provides an opportunity for club-based teams to progress through various qualification rounds to the National Finals.
Each of the 16 national finalists teams received an all-expenses-paid trip to Club Pine Rivers. The semi-finals will be live-streamed and the final broadcast LIVE on Fox Sports and Kayo Sports.
