Australian Open advisement

by Aidan Davis on May 28, 2021

Update written on May 28, in relation to the COVID-19 restrictions in place in Victoria and any potential impact to the Australian Open.

At this stage, the COVID-19 lockdown and restrictions in place in Victoria don’t directly impact the staging of the Australian Open.

Bowls Australia (BA) will continue to closely monitor the situation as it unfolds and advise publicly if there is any change to the planned delivery of this year’s event.

BA remains committed to staging the 2021 Australian Open and is proceeding with the planning of the event.
