‘Big V’ continue to dominate Senior Sides Men’s field

by Aidan Davis on October 18, 2018

Victoria’s male contingent remain the only undefeated team at the 2018 Australian Senior Sides Championships following five rounds of competition.
The ‘Big V’ head into the final day’s play as the team to beat in the Men’s field, with Queensland and New South Wales hot on their heels in second and third place respectively.

Victoria tackle Queensland in the first session on Day 4 in a match to have a big bearing on the final standings, bearing in mind the leader’s superior shot difference of +31 on the next-best Maroons.

Meanwhile, in the Women’s field, Western Australia continue to lead all-comers having tasted defeat just once.

They are being hotly pursued by the ACT, Queensland and New South Wales, who sit just one win behind the West Australians in the standings.

Again, Western Australia’s superior shot difference of +19 on the next best ACT will prove to be a decisive factor on the final day’s play.

BA will again be delivering Rinkside Live streaming to your devices on Day 4.
