Aaron Teys has had a remarkable week on the greens at Club Pine Rivers rewarded, claiming his third Most Valuable Player at the Bowls Premier League (BPL).

The Tweed Heads Ospreys star was in scintillating form throughout BPL18, polling 44 votes from a possible 54 available.

Teys pipped Moama Steamer Aron Sherriff by a single vote, with Sherriff finishing with a tally of 43 votes, but joining Teys in the event’s All Star team.

Teys’ third MVP crown (BPL10 & BPL13) prevents Sherriff from another back-to-back effort, a feat he achieved across BPL14 & BPL15.

Joining Teys & Sherriff in the All Star team is BPL debutant Kylie Whitehead (Melbourne eXtreme), who starred in her first time on the BPL stage.

The Right at Home Jackaroo polled 28 votes to lead the count for female players at BPL18.

Wayne Turley (Tweed Heads Ospreys) rounds out the All Star team as coach, his first time in the side.

Aaron Wilson (Sydney Lions) recorded 34 votes to finish third in the overall standings, with Wayne Ruediger (Adelaide Pioneers) and Gary Kelly (Melbourne Pulse) rounding out the top five.
