Event Structure: Open Fours 3 games of 16 ends or 2hrs and 20 minutes per day. Dead ends to be replayed except after the bell then jack re-spotted on tee. Format – Wins 2 points plus margins, draw 1 point, Loss 0 points. Most wins plus margin wins carnival. Drawn game beats a loss. Two draws do not beat a win. E.g. Four wins beats three wins and two draws.

Open to: All male and female affiliated bowlers.

Prize Money: 1st $5200, 2nd $2200, 3rd $1600, 4th $1200, 5th $500, 6th 500, Day 1 Winner $400, Day 2 Winner $400 / Total $12000
