Latest National Player Rankings for October released

by Bowls Australia on November 5, 2020

The National Player Rankings continue to deliver fresh faces at the summit, with Western Australia’s Cody Packer and Queensland’s Cassandra Millerick occupying the top-ranked male and female positions, both for the first time.

Packer recently claimed the Doubleview Men’s Masters Fours and was a semi-finalist in the $100,000 Everest marquee event, while Millerick performed strongly in multiple State Championships events, taking out the Mixed Pairs with Sean Ingham and a semi-finalist in the Women’s Singles.

Elsewhere, the rankings continue to fluctuate as a result of the segmented nature of competitive bowls around the country.

With COVID-19 having a significant impact on the running of competitions and events around the country, including State Championships, only QLD, ACT, NT and SA have been able to run the majority of their major events.
