Peter Bevan joins CDO team
Bowls Australia have much pleasure in announcing the appointment of Peter Bevan to the position of Community Development Officer for the North East region of New South Wales.
Peter comes to Bowls Australia with vast experience in game development and participation recruitment across several sporting environments, particularly with the Australian Rugby League.
Peter’s most recent role was as General Manager of Queensland Touch Football Inc.
Throughout his career, Peter has worked with organisations such as Motorcycling Australia, Tenpin Bowling Australia and the Victorian Rugby League Association in roles committed to the development, increasing public awareness and participation of the respective organisations he has represented.
Peter replaces Fiona Wendt from the North East region of New South Wales and will look after almost 100 bowls club throughout the region.
We welcome Peter to Bowls Australia and to the team of 16 Community Development Officers around Australia.
