Update: June 19, 2020 – Activities 16, 17 & 18

Roll Back The Clock at Home’ is a new video series developed by Bowls Australia, and proudly presented by Stockland Retirement Living, that can be completed at home, to help Australians find their 30 minutes of daily exercise.

Three episodes will be released each Friday, from April 24 until May 22, for the first season of 12 episodes.

All videos are 5 to 20 minutes long, so that you complete two to three each day, and are designed to be completed in the comfort of your own home, to ensure you ‘Find your 30’ minutes of activity each day.

It is important that you monitor how you feel at all times and if need to have a rest or if you experience pain, avoid that exercise and rejoin later. If pain or discomfort persists, please contact your doctor.

In addition to completing these videos, you may like to complete a short walk, while maintaining social distancing regulations.

Remember, it’s completely fine to accrue your activity over the course of the day, and more than 30 minutes is also fine.

You should aim to be active every day of the week, or at least four days of the week.
