2023 Awards Night locked in for Friday, December 15

Bowls Australia’s annual Awards Night will be held virtually this Friday at 6pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time.

The evening will acknowledge the nation’s finest products for their efforts both on and off the green across the following categories:

  • Audika Community Service Award
  • Right at Home Volunteer of the Year
  • Henselite Official of the Year
  • Apia Coach of the Year
  • DrinkWise Club of the Year
  • MakMax Male Bowler with a Disability of the Year
  • Geeks2U Female Bowler with a Disability of the Year
  • BCiB Under-18 Female Bowler of the Year
  • BCiB Under-18 Male Bowler of the Year
  • Tourism and Events Queensland Male Bowler of the Year
  • Major Events Gold Coast Female Bowler of the Year
  • Australian Institute of Sport International Male Para Bowler of the Year
  • Australian Institute of Sport International Female Para Bowler of the Year
  • Commonwealth Games Australia International Female Bowler of the Year
  • Australian Sports Commission International Male Bowler of the Year

Two categories make their inaugural appearance on bowls’ night of nights, with the international male and female para bowler of the year awards to be handed out for the first time.

The event will be hosted by Jack Heverin and former Jackaroo Carla Krizanic.

Bowls Australia’s 2023 Awards Night will be broadcast live via our YouTube channel from 6pm AEDT on Friday, December 15. It will then be distributed across Facebook.
