Bowls Australia values the contribution of our team members. We have a great balance of active participants in the sport of bowls and those who are not active on the green but just as passionate about our sport.

Our vacancies are advertised internally as well as externally, so there are opportunities for career advancement.

All team members participate in a formal Coaching and Goal Setting discussion twice a year in January and July where job performance feedback is given along with the opportunity to discuss training and development opportunities.

We are a social group and celebrate birthdays and other milestones and for those interested in playing the game of bowls there are always willing participants!

A staff uniform is provided and there is ample parking at our head office based at the Darebin International Sports Centre in Thornbury.

We have 22 staff based out of our Thornbury, Victoria office with our remaining Team Members operating across the country to service our members.

Bowls Australia staff members operate within three departments; Bowls Operations, Commercial Operations, and Operations.
