Jackaroos bounce back at Multi-Nations

The Right at Home Australian Jackaroos and Para-Sport Jackaroos capped off a solid Multi-Nations test series with strong performances on the final day of play on Sunday.

After two days acclimatising to the Royal Leamington Spa greens, the Aussies hit their straps on the final day of play.

The day started steadily, with six wins, five losses and a draw against various Welsh and English opponents.

Stalwart Wayne Ruediger brought up his 200th appearance for the Jackaroos in the second session, the Australian sides began to take the ascendancy.

Australia lost just six of 18 matches after the first session, steadily becoming more confident on the slow greens.

Aaron Wilson and Corey Wedlock didn’t miss a beat in the singles, with both players winning their two matches.

The Australia Gold men’s fours side skipped by Aaron Teys also went two from two, while just one of four women’s triples matches was dropped.
