National Rankings – March 2024
With just three months remaining in the 2023/24 National Rankings period, the top end of the rankings standings has seen a big shake-up after the March update.
Tasmania’s Josh Walker-Davis extended his lead on the men’s side, collecting a handy 58 points in March to edge into outright first, 91 points clear of Queensland’s Jacob Nelson in second.
Corey Wedlock, Aron Sherriff and Lee Schraner remain inside the top five for another month.
The women’s standings saw its biggest change of the rankings season, with Ellen Falkner dethroned from top spot for the first time in four months.
2023 Bowler of the Year Cassandra Millerick took back top place, amassing an enormous 109 points in March, with an impressive Victorian Open helping her move back in front.
Fellow Victorian Samantha Atkinson was also rewarded for impressive results at the Victorian Open, moving into second place with a 90 point windfall in March.
Triples world champion Dawn Hayman has also thrown her hat in the ring for contention, with a dominant NSW state championships helping her collect a mammoth 216 points to jump from 139th to 3rd overall.
Olivia Cartwright (VIC) collected 50 points to jump into the top five from eighth, while Chloe Stewart rounds out the top five.

The National Rankings System operates on a yearly rolling-points system, where all points accrued are retained for a 12-month period and are then discounted. Players can accrue ranking points from all national events, State Championships, State Champion of Champion and selected club events.
