National Rankings – September 2023

by Val Febbo on October 10, 2023

The number one spots of both the men’s and women’s tables have remained unchanged as part of September’s National Rankings Update.

Overall, between the two categories, only one positional change has occurred in the respective top fives.

Cassandra Millerick still leads the way in the women’s field with a 46-point buffer over Ellen Falkner, who is that aforementioned change after leapfrogging Samantha Atkinson into second.

The Victorian Atkinson sits a further 12 back from her counterpart, with Right at Home Jackaroo Natasha Van Eldik in fourth place.

Moama product and Australian Open fours champion Olivia Cartwright maintains her spot within the top five.

In the men’s field, Corey Wedlock still has the best view from the top of the mountain but his points gap to Tasmania’s Josh Walker-Davis has been cut from 34 to 22.

Aron Sherriff sits in third place a further 22 behind his Tasmanian counterpart while his opponent in the 2023 Australian Open men’s singles final, Jacob Nelson, remains in fourth.

Jackaroo Ben Twist has also kept his place in the quintet.

Below are the latest National Player Rankings, as of September 30, 2023.
