Stockland residents take on coaching tips from BCiB Jackaroo
Residents at The Lakes Estate Retirement Village had the chance to learn from one of Australia’s top lawn bowlers during a coaching clinic with BCiB Australian Jackaroo Carla Krizanic earlier this month.
Lawn bowls enthusiasts at the Stockland village participated in a free coaching session on Thursday, December 5.

Two-time Commonwealth Games gold medallist Krizanic passed on some tips to the participants, in what was a session enjoyed by all.
In October 2019, Bowls Australia announced a new partnership with Stockland, with sessions such as these to continue across the country at retirement villages in the coming months.
Previous sessions have been coached by the likes of Jackaroo Barrie Lester and bowls legend Karen Murphy.
