2020 BPL Cup National Finals: West Lakes, Soldiers Point headed to final
After months of qualifying and competition, just two teams remain in the hunt for the 2020 BPL Cup.
West Lakes (South Australia) and Soldiers Point (New South Wales) will fight it out for the title on Thursday afternoon at the Moama Bowling Club.
The sides were tested in high-quality semi finals on Wednesday to earn their way through to the big dance.
Soldiers Point were dominant in their straight sets win, while West Lakes battled through in three sets, claiming a 2-0 tie-break win.
The 2020 BPL Cup Final will be broadcast live on Fox Sports and Kayo from 2pm on Thursday, February 25.
Running alongside #BPL12, the BPL Cup provides an opportunity for club-based teams to progress through various qualification rounds to the National Finals.
Clubs now also have the chance to get involved in the event’s 2021 instalment, with host club registrations for qualifying events now open.
