Aussie duo well-placed after Day 2 of World Champ of Champs

The Australian pairing of Lee Schraner and Colleen Orr sit in secondposition of their respective sections following Day 2 of the 2018 World Champion of Champions.

Schraner tasted defeat for the first time in his campaign yesterday, succumbing in a tie-break to Zimbabwe’s Aaron Chilundo in his final match of the day.

Orr went through Day 2 undefeated, catapulting herself into second place and only shot difference off first.

Elsewhere, Shannon McIlroy (NZ) remains undefeated in the Men’s Section 1 and leads all comers, Wales leads Schraner’s section via the also undefeated Roger Jones and Malaysia’s Nurul Alyani Jamil leads the Women’s Section 2.

The 2018 World Champion of Champions continues at St Johns Park until this Sunday, November 4.

St Johns Park will be live-streaming the final three days of the event, including semi-finals and finals, via their Facebook page.
