Bowls Australia are looking for a Regional Bowls Manager for Northern and Western South Australia, and a Bowls Operations Coordinator, based in Victoria. Bowls Australia are searching for a Regional Bowls Manager for Northern and Western South Australia, and a Bowls Operations Coordinator, based in Victoria, to join its team of staff members.

The Regional Bowls Manager, reporting to the National Participation Manager, will service the bowls clubs of the Northern and Western SA region, and is the on-ground liaison to Bowls Clubs, Regions/Zones/Districts and Local Government Authorities with the main target to increase participation and membership of the sport of bowls.

The Regional Bowls Manager will provide direct assistance to Clubs in the areas of business planning, member recruitment/retention, governance, funding, programs, information technology and volunteer strategies.

The RBM role is a $75,000 package (including, $50,000 base salary, motor vehicle, and fuel, laptop, mobile phone & wireless modem).

The Bowls Operations Coordinator will focus on providing administrative support to the Participation and High Performance departments.

With a primary focus on the liaison with our on-the-road workforce, the Regional Bowls Managers, the Bowls Operations Coordinator will have excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail to provide administrative support to the team, in addition to providing assistance with resource development and coordination of annual conferences.

The role is flexible in nature with 25 hours per week, ideally over four or five days, and can cater for school hours.
