by Val Febbo on November 14, 2022

There has been no change at the helm of both the men’s and women’s categories of the latest National Rankings Update with the Queensland domination continuing.

Kelsey Cottrell has maintained her healthy buffer at the top of the women’s mountain due to her stunning season to date, boasting an astounding 422 points.

Her lead currently stands at 244 points over her fellow Right at Home Jackaroo Dawn Hayman who remains in second position with 178.

South Australia’s Laini McGorman has jumped from fourth to third after a solid month which consisted of an abundance of matches at The Nationals.

Following her in fourth is Sarah Boddington from New South Wales who also enjoyed a solid fortnight at Broadbeach, going home with a plethora of medals including two gold and a women’s singles bronze.

Rounding out the top quintet is Western Australia’s Hailey Packer who has enjoyed a solid run of form this season.

In the men’s update Aron Sherriff has retained his number one ranking but the margin has been cut to just five points over his fellow Jackaroo Corey Wedlock who has mounted a charge for first place.

Victoria’s Thor Shannon has extended his gap in third position following a strong month ahead of 2022 Male Bowler of the Year Nick Cahill.

In fifth spot is South Australia’s Nathan Pedersen who has enjoyed a successful month on the green.
