One of the staples of the Swan Hill Racecourse Bowls Club (SHRC) is its annual Regional All-Abilities event which has enjoyed another successful staging in recent times. On Thursday, June 14, SHRC saw approximately 55 participants of all abilities in the region walk through their doors and enjoy a fun-filled day of bowls.
Among the organisations represented were Vivid (formerly Murray Human Services), Swan Hill & Kerang Links, Swan Hill Specialist School, and Mallee Family Care.
The club, supported by Mallee Sports Assembly, Bowls Australia and Bowls Victoria treated participants to a welcoming environment and take-away show bags, with the latter also utilising their green-friendly wheelchair for users.
All parties must be congratulated for yet another successful event and the impact made on the all-abilities community.
